MIRALE, a seven-year old Mangyan girl, needs help. She was diagnosed to have a congenital heart disease in 2005.
She is suffering from a condition known as tetralogy of fallot, and it would require an open surgery to correct her condition.
Mirale is among the Mangyan children who are under the care of the Nangka Mangyan Tribal Community in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro.
Mirale lives with her aunt, since last year, when her mother killed herself. Mirale unfortunately saw her mother hang herself and die.
Her father is jobless. She has a younger sister.
She was brought to a public hospital in Mindoro in 2005 but her condition was not diagnosed properly. It was only much later, when she was brought to a private doctor that it was found out that she was suffering from a congenital heart disease.
Those interested to help her should contact the following:
Jude Tiner, at 201-7799426; 546 Kennedy Blvd., Bayonne, NJ 07002; email jude173@optonline.net;
