GET to know most about homes and lifestyles you deserve with the Philippines’ most trusted real estate company during the forthcoming US roadshow of Ayala Land.
David Rafael, general manager of Ayala Land’s sales and marketing channel for the overseas market, the Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. or ALISI, heads a team of ALISI property specialists to promote the company and Ayala Land homes in roadshows intended primarily for Filipino-Americans.
The roadshow is Ayala Land’s way of giving the best personal attention possible to those who are interested in Ayala Land quality homes, including those which are developed by its subsidiaries Community Innovations and Avida. By being in close touch with aspiring owners of Ayala Land homes, the company continues its highly-regarded tradition of satisfying customers’ needs beyond their levels of expectation.
During the presentations and openhouses, the ALISI property specialists will be providing information on how Ayala Land responds to the particular needs of Filipino-Americans in terms of ease of transacting in the Philippines, forthrightness of commitments, and availability of financing.
ALISI will also hold meetings with interested marketing practitioners who wish to secure accreditation to be able to present the company’s quality offerings.
Ayala Land is the only full-line real estate developer in the Philippines. It abides by the principles of commitment, reliability and integrity in all aspects of operations. It is proud that it is recognized as a company that delivers. What are pledged as amenities and features of its projects are surely what its customers are going to get.
Ayala Land, the real estate arm of the Ayala Corporation, brings with it the mother company’s 170-year-old legacy of excellence. Known for building the country’s premier business district, Makati, Ayala Land anchors its future solely on people’s trust. With great confidence, Ayala Land meets these aspirations with products bearing the Ayala Land Premiere brand such as the Ayala Westgrove Heights, the Ayala Greenfield Estates, The Residences at Greenbelt, One Serendra and Anvaya Cove.
