Recognizing that customers in the U.S. regularly watch TFC, need to stay connected, send boxes and money to loved ones back home, the BigAtin rewards program gives the Filipino-American community a chance to earn points for the products and services they already use.

The BigAtin all-in-one rewards card can be used as a call card, gift card, remittance and cargo card. Customers that sign up for BigAtin automatically receive a fully loaded membership card pre-loaded with discounts for ABS-CBN Global products and services as well as 50 Fast Start points for TFC subscribers.
The reward program offers three membership levels of Silver, Gold and Platinum. When customers reach 25 points they earn Silver membership benefits, at 400 points they earn Gold membership benefits and when they earn 1,500 points they earn Platinum status.
The more ABS-CBN Global products used, the more points earned and the higher the premium rewards and membership level. Points can be redeemed for ABS-CBN Global products such as Sarimanok One minutes, Easy Remit transaction fees, Star Kargo shipment and Starry Starry Store CDs and DVDs. Special privileges also await members such as access to studio tours, red carpet and exclusive seating at select movie premieres and concerts of ABS-CBN artists. Other rewards and perks include Duty Free Philippines gift certificates, Sony audio video appliances, Globe cellular phone load, Asian Eye Institute cataract surgery, among others.

MANILA—The Philippine Madrigal Singers is yet again the world’s best choir as it beat four others in the 19th European Gran Prix for Choral Music in Arezzo, Italy at 10 pm Rome time, on August 27th, 2007.
The 23-strong chamber choir, including choirmaster Mark Anthony Carpio, overwhelmed the four top choirs in the world’s most prestigious and respected choral competition.
In 1997, the Philippine Madrigal Singers, under the helm of their founder, National Artist for Music Andrea O. Veneracion, took home the Gran Prix then held in Tours, France.
The victory in Arezzo now makes the Madz the only choir in the world to have won the Gran Prix twice in its entire history. The most awarded choir in Asia now holds one more historical record. The European Gran Prix is held every year in six revolving locations. These are Arezzo and Gorizia in Italy, Debrecen in Hungary, Tolosa in Spain, Tours in France, and Varna in Bulgaria.
