EVA Adds Two Latest-Generation Boeing 777-300ERs

SEATTLE (May 22, 2014) --  EVA Air took delivery of its 16th and 17th  Boeing 777-300ER (registration numbers B-16718 and B-16719) on May 21, 2014 at the Boeing factory in Everett, Washington. Boeing and EVA staged a delivery ceremony led by EVA Chairman K.W. Chang and Boeing Marketing, Sales Strategy & Operations Vice President Ihssane Mounir.  The event showcased the two new aircraft in front of the delivery center.

US Filipino Vets Remember American WWII Fallen in the Philippines

WASHINGTON, DC -- During the Memorial Day weekend, two elderly Filipino American veterans honored the sacrifices of their fallen U.S. military comrades numbering 400,000 who were killed in World War II,  including 14,000 G.I.s who fought and died in the Philippines and buried there.
